All three bedrooms offer windows for natural light. Two of the three bedrooms can accommodate queen-size beds and additional furniture. The third bedroom can support a twin-size bed, nightstand, and dresser. Recently remodeled, the compact, eat-in kitchen comes equipped with modern stainless steel appliances, a new sink with a pull-down spray faucet, and white countertops. The tiled bathroom boasts a luxurious walk-in shower and bathtub combination. Less than a mile from Central Park and Columbia University, a nine-minute walk will get you to Cathedral Parkway station for the A, B, and C trains on the Eighth Avenue Line. This smoke-free unit includes WiFi and a wall-mounted TV in the kitchen area. Your safety and comfort are our top priorities! To ensure it, we ask all our new members to complete a background and credit check and electronically sign a residency agreement. You'll need to share your ID and Social Security Number (for those in the US) with us. We'll shoot over the agreement after you book, and we kindly ask you to sign it quickly to guarantee your room. For your credit, we're looking for scores above 550-650, depending on your city and we'll need a clean criminal record too (this doesn't apply to DC). If you meet all the requirements, you will receive the agreement which you need to sign within 24 hours. We do not provide towels, linens, or other similar amenities. This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel.
